I decided to make a gift for the woman from which that I have learned all I know about this art medium. The hundred percent wool canvas is 17”X 21” and the image is 16 “x 20”.

I thought it would be a wonderful way to give back a little something for all she has done for me and the community that she has built around her company. I have incorporated design elements that I felt would make it a tribute to the company she has built. I have included a round barn, native Texas flora, and of course some sheep.

While the work is still in progress, I will, of course share a photo of the completed artwork. My plan is to deliver it personally to her in late September. My hope is that she will enjoy the piece and treasure it for many years to come.
